Flux Jersey provides international shipping to most countries and regions. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has completed processing.

Tracking
A shipping email is sent when tracking becomes available. Please allow up to 72 hours for carrier information to update.
Customs
If a parcel is confirmed as confiscated by customs, contact support so the case can be reviewed. Where covered, a replacement order may be arranged.
Backorders
If an item cannot be prepared promptly, we may contact you to offer a substitute, store credit or refund.
Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, remote destinations, customs, carrier delays, incorrect delivery information or public holidays.
Delivery Responsibility
Please provide a complete address and valid telephone number and ensure someone can receive the parcel. Returned or undeliverable parcels may require additional shipping charges.
